What if I get less than 20 questions right?​

• You might need some extra help with that topic.

• You can try our online learning modules.

• If you want help and don’t have a learner support person, please contact us.

What if I get 20 or more questions right?

• Look at which questions you missed.

• Maybe you made a mistake, or there might be a few things you can learn.

• If you feel good about most of the topic, you might not need learning in this area.

• If you want to improve on the parts you missed, you can get help to learn those.

• Try our online learning modules.

Where do my results go?

• Your results are safely stored in FALP.

• They will only be shared with the email you give in the assessment.

Can my friends or family try the assessments?

• Yes! The website and assessments are free.

• Share them with anyone who might find them helpful.

What if I start but don’t finish an assessment?

• If you are signed in with a Google account, your progress will be saved and you can come back later.

• If you are not signed in, your answers won’t be saved and you will have to start over.

• Either way, you can contact us anytime if you need help.
